Work with Problems

Navigate between Active, Recent, and History, use organization controls, trigger in-list actions, and open Problem Details.

Move through the Problems modes

The Problems screen is the main working queue in TriggerDeck. It lets the operator switch between three different views of the same monitoring environment:

  • Active for current work
  • Recent for recently changed problems
  • History for the broader event trail in the selected time window

The glass top controls keep the mode switch, counts, filters, sorting, grouping, and search close to the list so the operator can reorganize the queue without leaving context.

Problems in Active mode

Open the Problems tab and keep Active mode selected. Show the segmented mode switch, visible problem rows, top glass controls, native tab bar, and floating More, Refresh, and Search quick actions so this frame explains the default daily triage entry point.

Organize the queue

The product tour should show that Problems is not just a flat list. TriggerDeck supports:

  • filters such as host groups or current status constraints
  • tag filters for focusing on the labels already used in the connected Zabbix environment
  • sorting for faster scanning
  • grouping for alternative queue structure
  • inline search for narrowing the visible set quickly

These controls are server-aware and remembered as part of working state, so the layout the operator prefers for one server does not need to be the same for another.

Problems filters and organization

From Problems, open organization controls and apply filters, tag filters, or grouping. Keep active chips and control state visible together so readers can see how queue structure is changed without leaving the list context.

Act on a problem and open details

From the list, the operator can trigger in-list problem actions without breaking the overall queue flow. After that, Problem Details becomes the deeper screen for understanding the issue:

  • refreshed summary and severity
  • latest values near the problem context
  • chart shortcuts on supported numeric rows
  • technical metadata for the current event context

Problem action flow

From a problem row, open the in-list actions and keep the row context visible together with the action UI. This frame should show that operators can trigger quick actions directly from the queue before opening full Problem Details.

Problem Details

Open a problem from the list and show the full Problem Details layout with severity, summary, latest values, and technical metadata. Keep at least one numeric row with a chart shortcut visible to connect analysis from queue to drill-down.
